24/7 Emergency Repair
COLEMAN operates a 24-hour emergency response call
center from our US Head Office in Salt Lake City, Utah that can
instantly dispatch one of our mobile operatives to a client site or policy holder address to deal with emergency situations such as plumbing leaks, electrical failures, or incident clean-up (fire, flood, etc).
We operate on standby 365 days a year and are in
a position to respond to any emergency quickly and
effectively with the aim of immediate damage limitation
to the client's property, make the environment safe, and repair or replace
damaged items.
Our operatives are appropriately qualified in their
respective trades and have the ability to deal with minor and general incidents.
We are able to assist with:
- Fire damage (& clean up)
- Flooding
- Plumbing leaks
- Electrical faults
- Gas leaks
- Storm damage (power, trees, debris)
- Blocked drains
- Break-ins
- Glazing
Please note: emergency response works and contract coverage services are only carried out for existing clients only, where a site management contract or policy coverage service is in place.
