COLEMAN provides cleaning operatives to Home Owner Associations and Communities requiring the cleaning of all common areas. Such tasks may include the following:

1. Cleaning of general common areas (hallways, stairs,
    general space)
2. Cleaning of general facilities (gym, pool, lounge, movie
    room, kitchen, etc)
3. Exterior cleaning (windows, balconies, general stone
    work)
4. Exterior – general cleaning (sweeping, clearing cobwebs,
    parking lot)
5. Specialist cleaning (carpet cleaning, graffiti, spillage,
    scaling)

Such cleaning is conducted under contract, at regular intervals (defined by the client) and is performed by a uniformed operative who is introduced to the residents and known by all once engaged.

Performing services within a HOA / Community environment is not alike other assignments we have. You are inviting one or more of our staff into your home environment.
