- Restricted space cleaning (airliners, cubicle, high level
  applications)
- Time limited areas (large area, limited time = more   cleaning operatives and equipment) o E.g. Theatres when   cleaners turn up after a late night event, needing to be out
  within a few hours in time for the morning set-up crews.

Costs for specialist cleaning will be based on the time required, the number of operatives required, and the time of cleaning.
