COLEMAN currently provides cleaning and clean-up services to insurance companies throughout the US. In addition to offering a 24/7 contract service, our site and clean up staff are able to respond timely to effect the clean up of private and corporate sites following fire, flood and general accidents.

Satisfying all regulatory requirements, our staff are attired in appropriate protective clothing, breathing masks, and hard hats. Provision of additional equipment is on hand where required, such as power generators, lighting, heating, etc.

COLEMAN provides such services only under contract, with performance metrics in place and appropriate rate cards for all elements of service. We can provide:

Fire / Flood
- Ventilation of property, whilst ensuring surety of remaining   valuables.
- Following attendance of emergency services, staff are able   to evacuate sites of all dust, debris, and damaged items.
- Damaged items not selected for repair are disposed and   removed from the site.
- Cleaning of all surfaces to remove smoke and grease           deposits from fire or contaminates from flood waters,        
  where possible.
- Application of specialist cleaning fluids to all appropriate   surfaces.
- Pumping of remaining flood waters, where applicable, to   outside drainage (can be removed from site where required,   and where contamination has taken place.)
- Drying equipment (It takes a house brick about one month    per inch to dry out under natural conditions.)
- Removal of all foodstuffs from the site following   contamination.
- If salvageable, cleaning of all carpet space, furniture,
  upholstery and household items.
- Where salvageable, removal and cleaning of all clothing   apparel. Return of same following cleaning. Rapid
  turnaround to minimize inconvenience to the insured.
- Provision, where required, of chemical testing treatment to   assess further possibilities of contamination.
- Preparation of areas for further works pertaining to recovery   and renovation.

Accident / Incident Clean Up

COLEMAN provides cleaning services to locations throughout the UK following accidents and incidents. Such incidents and services include:

- Glazing - immediate attendance to secure and prepare for   replacement glazing following breakage or forced entrance
- Locksmith - immediate attendance to secure and prepare   for replacement locks following breakage or forced
  entrance.
