COLEMAN provides cleaning operatives to residential locations for the undertaking of all cleaning tasks associated with the cleaning requirements of apartment blocks, residential homes, and communal areas within residential properties.

This service is available only to commercial and portfolio clients to assist them in the service management of their sites and not to private householders.

Uniformed operatives visit during times to suit your working environment and the environment of your sites. In most cases, visits are conducted between the hours of 7am and 7pm, Monday to Friday, but services can be adapted to meet the needs of the client, as appropriate and where practicable.

In working in partnership with you, we try to assist you by offering not only a competitive service in terms of cost and quality, but we also try to assist you in the managerial aspect of property management. Can’t get to a site as often as you would like? Our staff and supervisors often take digital photographs, which are forwarded to you, not only to demonstrate elements of service quality, but to also highlight other areas of concern, which may assist in preventative maintenance that you would have otherwise have missed, possibly resulting in a cost saving process. This may not be a bother for those managers with only a handful of sites in a small area. However, when dealing with chains of sites (e.g. retail), or sites which are not occupied daily (e.g. churches), this can offer a crucial (and free!) service element to our partnership.

Our area supervisors inspect frequently and provide support to clients as required. Additional services are available to portfolio clients such as window cleaning and building maintenance.
