Lawn care and grass cutting is usually timed to coincide with the growing season, with a monthly visit being made during the darker months and two visits being made each month during the lighter months when the grass is growing more rapidly. Costs are applied in two elements - the cut, and then to remove all cuttings. Most clients choose to have the cuttings remain. If cut frequently, grass will mulch easily into the existing lawn space.

Following the cut, our grounds crews will blow and brush grass from the pathways as appropriate. During the course of any contractual visit, our trained staff observe the general state of the lawns and grass areas to ensure that adequate aeration and nutrition is taking place. Where remedial treatment is required, such treatments can be advised and provided as required.

During such visits, other aspects of service are usually correlated, such as litter care, trimming of bushes and shrubs, weeding, and tree care.

Following an initial assessment visit to any given site, COLEMAN are usually able to initiate a new contract with 48 hours notice. Where required, our customer service team can also correlate directly with your staff and/or residents on a day-to-day basis.
