COLEMAN provides FM consulting services in a project-based environment, and also for ad-hoc cover in an FM capacity.

In our business, facility management is simply ensuring that our clients’ sites are managed efficiently, and that they run smoothly on a day-to-day basis. Our ethos is quite simple; we work in partnership with our clients to ensure that an appropriate balance is managed between cost, quality, and timeliness.

In addition to providing a host of services to our clients’ sites, we are also able to assist in the actual management of a particular building or group of buildings. Such a service may be suitable to small and medium sized businesses that are unable to fund their own FM departments or wish to cover a void in current resources.
