COLEMAN is not a temping agency, just seeking to fill a gap for a few days. We seek to work in partnership with our clients and to offer a truly enviable resource as you seek to fill your human resource needs and support the organization as a whole.

Project-based HR consultants typically join our clients for a time-limited period when one of our client organizations is seeking to execute a given project where new or additional HR skills are required. Typical projects may include one or more of the following:

- Growth plans for a new organization program or project
- Re-engineering existing workforce resources to meet   changing needs
- Staff reduction plans
- Assisting exiting workforce into new external opportunities
- Workforce counselling
- Workforce management
- When the project is finished, our consultant(s) leave, thus   leaving the client with no on-going cost of an in-house   personnel cost.
