We have children too! What fun it is to walk down to the park on a Saturday morning, or even on a light evening, to play with the children at the playground. The swings (endless pushing!), the slides, the rocking horse and duck, and maybe even time for a few minutes to sit down whilst the children exhaust themselves.

The experience may not be so enjoyable if the grass is too long, the wood chips or rubber matting not present, or graffiti slogans being present.

In addition to general site and grounds work, our staff are employed by a number of our clients to:

- Develop and install playground areas.
- Periodically replace playground items or rotate items   between grounds for variety.
- Maintain the grounds of the play area (grass, litter, fouling,   fencing, trees and bushes, etc)
- Remove graffiti, chewing gum, and other dangerous or   offensive items where present.
- Water/chemical blasting of rubber matting to maintain   color and appearance.
- Periodic cleaning of apparatus to maintain cleanliness and   appearance.
- Removal of dangerous or broken items of equipment and   apparatus.
- Reporting of any and all relevant items to the client,
  Liaison with tenants / residents as required.

Normally, such services are executed as part of an on-going grounds contract. However, one-off maintenance works are possible on a quote basis.
